How to install FM2M ToolBox

  1. Download current version.
  2. Unpack the downloaded zip file.
  3. If EdgeTX is 2.11+ use LUA53, otherwise use LUA52.
  4. Copy unpacked FM2M and SCRIPTS folders to SD card root. If prompted: merge folders and replace files.
  5. Restart radio and run the app from TOOLS.

Important: copy only files inside LUA52/LUA53, not the top-level folder itself.

How to start FM2M ToolBox

  • Open TOOLS on your radio.
  • Find and launch FM2M ToolBox.
  • On first run, let the app initialize all files and indexes.

How to enter FM2M ToolBox on touch-screen radios

  • Swipe to TOOLS page and tap FM2M ToolBox.
  • Use touch controls to move through panels and configuration pages.

How to enter FM2M ToolBox on non-touch radios

  • Open TOOLS, select FM2M ToolBox, press ENTER.
  • Use wheel/keys to navigate tabs and values.

How to check FC status

  • Open Dashboard panel after app start.
  • Review arming flags, battery, link, and GPS-related data.
  • Use FC Arm Stops panel for live arm-stop reason details.

How to set up VTX

  • Open VTX panel.
  • Choose band, channel, and power from the table.
  • Save values and verify them against FC response.
  • Optionally configure VTX favourites for quick field changes.

How to configure ToolBox settings

  • Use mode selection to switch available panels/modules.
  • Open model settings to configure alerts, haptics, and sounds.
  • Save changes to SD-card model profile.
